What you’ll need…
200gm Porridge Oats (Gluten Free)
500gm fat free natural yogurt
2 teaspoon fulls of Bicarbonate of Soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
70 gm mixed seeds (Flax, pumpkin, sesame, Sunflower, carraway etc)
2 teaspoons of rapeseed oil.
Empty the yogurt and add the rape seed oil into a mixing bowl.
Add the Porridge Oats and mix, then add the remainder of the ingredients and mix again well.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 2lb loaf tin and smooth over the top of the mixture with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle some seeds over the top if you like.
Bake in the middle of your oven for 45 – 50 minutes until golden brown and hollow sounding.
NB: The mixture is quite wet going in.
